Since we need a QB, would Evan Shirreffs be a good fit for FIU?

It looks like the staff is already targeting graduate transfer James Morgan, from Bowling Green, who has more playing experience than Evan. We'll see what happens.

Yes, he would be a good fit for FIU. He would have 2 years of eligibility and would held bring competition to the position.

If he enjoyed his time in the beautiful Miami, why not help us change the Football Landscape and show UM they made a mistake.

But, I dont' think Richt would allow a transfer within ACC or Teams on the immediate schedule.

As a grad transfer he can go wherever he wants is my understanding...let's get the playbook and Intel on UCG's roster for the game this fall. I would not be surprised if the staff brought 2 grad transfers in. Alex going down in the bowl game showed how important the position really is, can't risk that situation again...

Yes, I'm sorry.

Brain fart

He couldn't beat out Rozier, who isn't that good. I'll pass.

Momma McGough understand the struggle haha:

For the record i would gladly give 2-3 of these graduate transfers a Schoolie as it’ll likely mean a couple more W’s in 2018-2019 untill we get a HS stud which I don’t believe we have yet, sorry Kaylan and Caleb, do prove me wrong haha.

Oh yea of little faith, if your relying on a star to show you a stud. How many times must this rookies wake everyone up?

3 star, no star, some even no offers in high school. Aaron Rogers, Russell Wilson, Tom Brady, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Colin Kapernick. Sometimes family friends/associates buy stars for kids.

BD is coach who finds talent to win. Something big is brewing with the addition of these last two classes.

I'd still take a look at this kid as a QB transfer, just for competition. Might be a diamond in the rough.

Shireffs was blocked from transferring to FIU among other schools on the schedule. He is appealing.

That's pretty standard for a lot of schools to block moves to future opponents. I can't imagine he'll have much success with this appeal. But it sure does seem like there's a school on that list he wants to go to. Doesn't really make sense for him to fight this otherwise.
